My FIL is a big deer hunter. I worked on starting his food plots today. See pics attached.

Nice looking food plots. I have been discing ours the last few days before the rains coming. Makes me want a tiller.

Yes these are new areas I am working on now. I am needing some rain. I am thankful for a good tiller.

What are you going to use to seed it? Are you planting clover, oats or a commercial deer blend? Looks great.......

My FIL says turnips and another special deer mix. He and my BIL are the big hunters of the family. I dont have the time to sit in a stand and wait so I do work like this and get meat in return also...

I'm jealous of that cab! I always get COVERED with dust.

That tiller seems to do a great job!

Nice pics and I wish I had a tiller to set up some plots like that. Though I gotta ask don't you think you'd be better off with a tractor other than a deere, you seem to go through a lot of them:laughing::laughing:

I am very happy with the Deere's. I just like to try out the new models. Don't want to get bored with the same machine all the time...;) LOL

I also have cab envy. I will wait for the dust to settle before preparing plots.

The cab is very nice to have. I used to do this on an open station tractor and it was no fun at all.
