any clues on DYI foam filled tyres . I have found how , just need a product to do it with .

Low expanding "great stuff" is reputed to work well.

No flats would be a good reason. We had tires on a finish mower that were always losing air until we got them foamed. It worked so well we foamed the air compressor tires and all of our dollies.
