Flushing radiator

I didn't see it posted in this thread. How often are you guys performing this service? By hours or years? How many?

i do a good flush and block backflush removing a core plug when i aquire a new to me tractor.

any time i change the coolant I do a more simple backflush and rinse not involving removing core plugs...
