Weed, but I plant a plot of wild flowers (weeds) next to my house. One of the prettiest gardens we have.

Junkman, that is a flower. The flower is commonly called Butterfly Weed. Despite the name, it is a flower.

I would say it is a WEED.
I would say it is a Flower.

It is a flowering weed, which is actually quite bad in most cases as most weeds are prolific self seeding. Once they hit a flowering stage.

So for peace of mind sake call it a flower.
