Weed, but I plant a plot of wild flowers (weeds) next to my house. One of the prettiest gardens we have.

It all comes down to capitalism. I'm not much of a horticulturist, but have assumed that if there was a market for it - it is considered a flower. If it is something they sell a herbicide to control - it's a weed /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif...............chim

Junkman, that is a flower. The flower is commonly called Butterfly Weed. Despite the name, it is a flower.
