float on mf1250

Can anyone confirm if the MF1250 has float on the FEL? I know my kubota has float and I can engage it by pushing up past detent. I tried it on my fathers mf1250 and there seems to be no float position.

My MF 1250 does have float. Just push the joystick all the way forward and it detents into float position.

Thanks!! I knew it should have float, but needed somone to confirm it with same model. I suspect the detent is rusted out on his as he never used it for over 8 yrs and he got it used. I have no idea if it worked before he got it.

Sometimes my joystick does not want to stay in the detent position and I have to hold it there. Perhaps this is the problem with his. Raise the loader up a few feet then push the joystick all the way forward; the loader should fall quickly.
