Then instead of a air pump you use a vacuum................

On my Dolmar there's a breather check valve in the oil tank cap. You couldn't drill a hole in it without causing problems. How does Sthil vent the tank?

what I would like to see is an oil tank cap with a rubber bulb built-in. So pressing or squeezing the bulb would provide enough internal pressure to break the gap in the oil flow system.

What, you mean like this? Follow the line from the cord up the handle to just before the hand guard.

Note ... a static picture you can look at and study and don't have to try and freeze at any certain point like a veeedeeeooo.

I've found that after a cutting session that if you loosen and then tighten the oil cap it no longer bleeds oil all over. Seems that this relieves the vacuum in the tank? Maybe the vent is plugged? not sure but it works on my saws.

Yomax4 it relieves the tank pressure since some high end saws have a one way valve on the oil tank. Lets air in but not out, which is what causes the pressure buildup and then leakage.
