Ford 7710 II FWA, NH TB110 FWA w/ NH 46LB loader, JD 5303 2wd w/ loader
I found a Ford HD 7412 loader that supposedly came off a Ford 7700 tractor. Will the same brackets fit my 1990 Ford 7710 II 4x4, or will I need new mounting brackets? Also, what is the real difference between the 7412 and the 7412 Heavy Duty? thanks

I just purchased a 1995 ,7610s 4x4 with a 7412 H/D loader. The loader almost looks bigger than the tractor. Two questions, First how does the loader come off ? It appears to be only held on by the bolted plates on either underside of the round ( bosses ?? ) Then the front slides out of the bumper mount, ?? The Second question is there using the rear remotes (both) to control the loader. I would rather have a joystick valve and save the remotes for the batwing mower , where do i pick up the pressure and return supply to add a new valve ? Thanks guys !

First thing I would do is get a manual for the loader. I got mine on eBay, it answered the question of how it comes on and off, not at all obvious to me without the book.

Can you at least give me the basics, or is it that complex , Is there supposed to be some kind of stands that come with it, ( mine could be missing) do i need to block it up ??? Can you help me out a little .

I don't have a 7412, I have a 7308 and don't know if they are the same.

With the 7308, the manual tells you to (on flat, level ground) lower the bucket to the ground. Turn off engine and set brake. Remove the bungie cord that holds down the hoses on the side. Remove the pins and release the latches from the loader frame upright (these hold the loader on to the large round pins coming out of the frame upright).

Start tractor, release brakes, and lift bucket. Instead of lifting, the arms rise from the pins. Slowly raise, while slowly backing up tractor. When lift cylinders are fully extended, parking stand (which used to be in front of the radiator making it difficult to raise the hood) is now on the ground. Shut off engine, release hydraulic pressure by moving control levers, and disconnect hydraulic quick couplers.

I don't know if this works for you loader, but I wouldn't be surprised if it did.

On a flat, level surface.
Unbolt the clamps from the loader midmount pipes, rotate the lower clamps down then rearwards as far as possible. Put enough downpressure on the loader to take the weight off the front crossbar where it sits in the front mount. Back the tractor up about 8" , unhooking the front crosspiece from the bracket and moving the mid mount tubes from under the mast to under the rotated clamps. Move the control so as to extend the loader boom cylinders. The front cross piece will lower to the ground, acting as a parking stand. Continue until the mid mounts are high enough to clear the front tires. Back away, being careful to watch the hoses. Rotate the attaching frame about 90 degrees, shut off the tractor, relieve any pressure on the hoses by cycling both valves then disconnect the hoses.

Thanks guys for all your help, the 7308 is a compact Loader and the 7412 fits a larger utility tractor, Rick it sounds very similar to the way the loader comes off my 755 jd compact , but I should leave those clamps loose when disengaging the front bumper mount and backing up the 8 inches ?? Otherwise I think the arms ( mid mount ) would hit the ground ??

There is a front and back bolt or( upper and lower ) I guess I'm taking out just the upper first.
