Finishing Mower

We purchased a finishing mower through Northern Tool in 2013; the tires need to be replaced (one totally disintegrated), and the Company doesn’t know where to get another one. The only numbers visible are:GTM30, Ratio 1:2.83, Date 4/10/13.
The mower doesn’t have company that manufactured it, just that it was made in China.

We would appreciate any help on this forum. Thank you all so much!

Measure the caster dimeter, shaft dia, and shaft length. That will give a place to start.
