Rear Finish Mower Finish mower identification

Can any one help identify this RFM. There is no manufacture label on it. I thinking it is a king cutter, but I have never seen one that has 3 scalp wheels on the leading edge like this one.

This one also has both side discharges open. Is the okay? Will is cause issues?

One of the scalp wheel has lost a piece of the axle/ bolt and the rubber is badly damaged. Anyou idea on where to get a replacement?
