Finding a self powered flail mower

i am trying to find a self powered flail mower here in the united states. i find all sort of ones over seas. i am looking for one thats about 4' and around 18hp engine on it. i need to tow behind something like an atv. any ideas where to find one?

one from Italy around $4000
looks very well built

mott made a small self powered flail. only 38" though. model t38
check the usual places like dealers/craigslist

There is one just like this for sale near me (CT). 40" version but only 8 hp.

I drove by one for sale in this guys yard while on a sunday drive (place looked like the set of sanford and sons

) Sign said $250. Didnt have the cash right then so i had to pass it by, wish i bought it now though.

Local tractor dealer had one on the lot, repowered with a honda, and he wanted $1200. Proably could have got it for 1k, but this place isnt known for making deals.

Thank you all for your responses so far. I have a mott T38 now on I find it does not cut very well. Well at least it does not cut drier vegetation very well. I read that the hammer knives cut better than the y knife. Also, I find that it does not track very well straight especially on a slight incline. I was planning on relocating the engine to the center of the mower. That should help. Anyway, does anyone know of any other ones that may be in the United States similar to the one I posted?
