I'm a new member but I read these threads often so thought I would join in. Saw the root buckets on you tube in action so I thought what the heck. Used a bunch of scrap steel and some old box scraper blades for the cutting edges. works well on the FEL

Creekbend, Just found the blades being used for a fence post brace. Simply cut in half to utilize for the cutting edges on top and a short 6" piece fro the leading edge.

Hey...I like it! After seeing it, I think I may also grind small teeth on the sides on my stump bucket.
