Well, the mirror that I bought a few months ago finally came around on the priority list. My daughter and her teenage friends wanted a wagon ride so I thought the time was right. It sure makes it easy to watch for approaching vehicles and keep an eye on the kids as well.

Hi Jerry...

That mirror looks great... except I tried one on my unit...

and I got about 20 minutes out of it before Mother nature liked it more... /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

John and Mike, as I have very few trees on my lot, the greatest danger that the mirror faces is a brush with my shoulder. Don't make me engineer a complex spring mounted, break away, hydraulic dampened mounting system /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

After experimenting with mirrors on my JD950 with little success. It was one of the pursuading factors in spending the $$ to get a canopy on my TC35D. The canopy provided the ability to get the mirrors out in front of me for visibility and also to prevent as many things as possible from hitting them. Including me. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif

Nice job Jerry! /forums/images/graemlins/cool.gif

That looks like one of those mirrors that make the objects seem closer than they actually are. Better be careful and not smile into it. You'll blind yourself!! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

John, how did yours last that long? /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

I didn't get 10 minutes out of mine! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
