FHA loans

I have heard the FHA loans are a little more liberal in the lending process,is this so ?
Do all lenders that make FHA loans follow the same criteria as the next FHA lender ?
Anyone here have experience with FHA lending/loans ?

Yes they are...and FHA sets up the rules so everyone plays fair. Got my first home that way. only 5% down....
