Fertilizer hose attachment

I am looking for a durable container that can be attached to my hose while watering, allowing liquid fertilizer to be drawn in at regular intervals.

I am currently using Miracle-Gro but would like to explore better options.

Any input would be appreciated for helping me in my search.
