Is it possible to add remote outlets to this tractor? I would like to rake with it, but need hydraulic outlets to raise and lower my current rake.

As long as you have existing hydraulics you can add just about as many circuits as you want with the exception of motors as they usually want high GPM's.
However, valves cylinders and fittings very soon add up to $$$'s. (valve=$100+, cylinder=$100+) then multiple fittings @ $10.ea etc etc,
Would not be hard to drop $500. just for one circuit.

For this reason many opt to consider electric possibilities.
Example, you could always use a small ATV electric winch to raise that rake with gravity to lower it.
(many a snow plow is raised on ATV's using a $50.00 winch)
