going to go a long way from home and be using my shaver driver on a tractor i have not seen to replace fence the Oklahoma tornado destroyed. i have always used a rear remote and dumped the return line into the tranny case. i also had to bungee the valve open.
the available tractor is a 50 horse JD with hydro and rear remotes. every other thread appears to say that i cant use the remotes on the JD and bungee the valve and be happy. that i will have to run down parts in a strange town and figure out how to dump into the tranny on an unfamiliar tractor. is it even worth checking to see if i can plug into the remotes, bungee the valve, an go to work? i dont know if i can get into the cab or where the tranny fill is yet.
i know when the sun shines that fence building will come to a stand still cause the ground will be hard enough to split posts soon enough. so ya got to make fence when the rain falls.
