Can anybody tell me how to tell what type of FEL I have? The seals need replaced on it and I would like to know the brand to get the right seals for it.

IF you are going personally to a hydraulic shop for the seals, then take a cylinder with you, let them rebuild it in front of you, buy the extra parts and do the other one when you get home.
If you post pictures, then maybe someone can identify it.
 
Yes easiest way to get correct seals is take it apart to get seals as sample, Hydraulic shop should have no problem matching them for you.
