Loader FEL very slow to tilt down

My '06 2615 ML 106 FEL is extremely slow to tilt down and will not tilt all the way down unless the tractor is off then it will tilt down w/o problem. Everything else works fine on the FEL. Any ideas??

Start with the easiest first. Disconnect and reconnect quick couplers.

If it happens again..............I would change the QDs. I had to do it on the remote QDs to my backhoe. The little springs in the QDs get weak over time. My BH would pop the QD just enough to not connect fully, yet still be connected.
