I am having problems with the loader on my T2310.
The arms work fine, but I am having problems with the bucket circuit.
When I dump the bucket it dumps, but there is no pressure to speak of... it will not pick the front end up. When I have the bucket tilted down and lower the arms the bucket will not attempt to stay put even if I hold the control in the dump position.
When I curl back from dumped, the bucket will come back to level and stop there. It will not move any further than level at all.
When I have the bucket either partially dumped or fully dumped and I move the control to regen or "fast dump" the bucket curls back instead of dumping.
The mechanic I talked to thought the nut that holds the head on one of the bucket cylinder rods may have come loose/off so I took both cylinders off and dissassembled them... neither one had a loose nut or anything internally wrong. The packings are like new yet.
The dealer is going to call me back with more troubleshooting steps, but in the meantime I figured I'd run it by my fellow members.
Maybe I have something wrong in the control valve??? What are your thoughts?

I know of one other person with a similar issue who has had no satisfaction from his dealer in fixing this problem. I can understand your frustration and can only assume it is a faulty joystick valve. I hope your dealer is able to solve the problem.

Boy I feel like an idiot.... Went back to the tractor and put my cylinders back on, and figured I'd have one last look before I got out the book of matches. One stupid quick coupler wasn't fully seated!!!! It looked like it was, but it wasn't. I should've checked them all by manually unhooking and hooking them back up. It was the second one up from the bottom.... how a snipe got up in there around all the framework, etc. is beyond me.
I guess it's a little reminder after the upside-down-no-good week i've had that not everything that goes wrong is catastrophic.
As far as my dealer goes, I really like them. They are usually quick on the draw to give me information, and a fair price on the things I need.
Thanks much! Have a good one :)
