FEL Hydraulic Connections

Hey all, first post here. Reading through a recent post and I think I was reading about some similar issues.
I purchased a used Koyker loader and have installed it on myFord/NH 1715.
I am more than a bit baffled about the hydraulic connections. The tractor has three ports located on the diverter valve.
Pressure Out
Pressure Return
Sump or Tank
I think I understand operation of diverter valve. Turning CCW enables fluid to flow to Auxiliary equip then to 3pt. (which I turn duringmy attempts)
I have connected it in every combination possible and cannot get proper operation.
My neighbor has a Ford/NH and his is connected to Pressure Out and Pressure Return only. The Ford/NH manual shows the factory FEL with three lines connected listed as above. My FEL valves only have two lines(P&T) like my neighbors. It is an open center. I purchased a power beyond adapter from a Koyker dealer for my FEL valve thinking that this line would connect to power return. Unfortunately it did not fit. (still trying to get proper one) This would give me my three connections. The same power beyond adapter (with a plug inserted) can be used to change the FEL valve to closed center. Could this work and just run lines to pressure out and tank?

If the pump flow is going to the FEL valve first, then you would have a pressure line in to the valve, a high pressure out back to the remote if installed via the PB , or 3pt, and the OUT/return port from the valve would send cyl work fluid to the tank.

If the loader valve has no PB port, some people just run the OUT /return fluid to the next valve. Most manufacturers say return fluid must go to tank.

When connected in this manner the FEL will only move if I move the 3pt. at the same time. The roll and dump does not work at all.

If the loader valve has no PB port, some people just run the OUT /return fluid to the next valve. Most manufacturers say return fluid must go to tank.

If I hook the pressure out to the P port on the FEL and the Tank port to the T port on the FEL nothing worl including the FEL.

You mentioned PB, but did not say how you were using that port.

You can run pressure to the FEL, using the switch , OUT port to tank, and the FEL would work, but the 3pt would not have any fluid.

That switch is used to feed the hyd to the remotes or 3pt if no FEL is installed.

With the FEL installed, turn the screw to feed the FEL first. You should have pressure to the FEL, and fluid coming back to the hyd block using a PB sleeve, and the return/OUT port to tank.

Your flow when switched should be , pump, hyd block, FEL, hyd block , remotes or 3pt, tank.

If you turn the screw the other way, you will probably cut out the FEL.

Right now I just have a plug in the PB port
I will have to get the correct PB sleeve. The dealer had sent me one from Kyoker but it would not fit and as as yet I have not heard back from them. There is no name or numbers on the FEL valve. I not sure who makes the valve for them. Maybe they are on the back side where it mounts?
