I damaged the loader on my DK-35 Kioti, NOT from snowplowing; mostly from lack of experience running a tractor with a FEL.
I traded up to my current DK-40 and a much beefier FEL. I then got the HLA model 2000 72" snowplow, noted in my signature. It has a built in crossover valve, and single large piston, and is designed for FEL use. Check out their website to get an idea of the massive amount of plow equipment they design and sell.
It is MHO that plow use on a FEL depends on several factors. Type of use, commercial or home/farm, etc. Also, how the terrain being plowed is marked with driveway stakes, etc. And skill level of the tractor operator/owner, and time available to not rush the desired results. That being said, I think a strong FEL, capable of pushing a properly specked out, suitable to machine sized blade is essential.
