Details are sketchy and I doubt we will see an update, but he somehow got pinned by the stabilizer. This is a reminder to be careful out there. He probably was doing something the same as he had for 1000 times before, but this time something went wrong.
We all do things on a regular basis which could kill us, and sometimes take chances which we probably shouldn't.
It still beats the hell out of sitting in a townhouse, waiting to die.

In the end, true dat! As they say, ships happens, no guts no glory, hold ma beer, yadda yadda.

Possibly greasing the backhoe and was standing between the stabilizer (in the up position) and the boom and pulled the boom swing lever to move the boom to get at a grease zerk but moved the lever the wrong way or too fast and pinned himself.
Very Sad.
