I have a ford 1900 tractor with a westendorf FEL. The FEL runs off the hydraulics for the TPH. the loader has plenty of power,it will pick the rear wheels off the ground . My question is there any way to make the bucket curl faster. It seems to go up and down fast enough, but when you curl the bucket it seems slow whether you are loading the bucket or dumping it.

You could change the mounting position of the ram(s) on the bucket, so that they have less mechanical disadvantage, but I think that you would regret doing that very soon.
Another way, would be to install a PTO mounted pump on the PTO, with a higher volume per minute than your tractor has.

Try going to the next size bigger hose diameter. If your hoses from the loader valve to the curl cylinders are 1/4" then go to 3/8". If they are 3/8" then go to 1/2". This will help the speed some as there will be less flow restriction.

Check to see if there is a restrictor orifice to slow down the curl on the spool output.

If cyls are same diameter, I'd swap lift and bucketl hoses at valve to see if problem moves.
