Scotty,

Nice job on the research. You're thinking!
I've sniffed up this path awhile back.

For awhile, their server was taken offline.
There have been EULA isssues, especially since they've been so broke.

(Enough for the receiver to fly to England? Go figure? When a dollar goes to one of the 180 who'd been sliced off the work crew. I know... different issue. Same time, I'd reach into my pocket for that first dollar if one of the former employees would muster up enough intestinal fortitude, quit cowering and start cooperating with the media to HELP REPRESENT THEMSELVES properly.)

Anyway... once the server was put back online... looks like it was reconfigured a bit.

Guess what?! NOTHING made available to assist the tractor retailers!
Surprized?

The e-mail address above does not work and the phone no. is filler. Someone thought they'd be real slick and evasive.

Here's a memo for them -- whomever they are:
You're not going to get away.

Trust me, Ole Blue and the Gumbo Posse will continue to sniff, scratch, claw and pursue.

I have read every page and every entry on this subject but I am confused as to who to complain to. I bought my FT cash outright and had nothing to do with the LTZ payments but I am still losing warranty and I need the rear axle seals replaced which will now be at my cost. Face it ladies and gentlemen, this has become a very greedy world that we live in with some saying I'm going to get what I can get and get out no matter the consequences to others. Eventually, the greedy get what is coming to them and the rest of us can laugh at their ignorance and greed.

Just my opinion, but those violations are more likely attributal to Escorts arrogance and attitude of being above the law, as evidenced by their continuing troubles in India.

Taxpayer, RNF et al,

Glad you boys (and all the girls out there, too!) are safe, intact. I work downtown and cleanup is still taking place.

Just read RFD TVs "sorry Charlie" response to Kal. Another gutless media outlet, eh? It makes me feel like a whack or wizard. I'll determine which after it's all over -- or 5 yrs... whichever comes first.

I sent a choice RSVP to the RFD boys. Looks like no smooches from them after that note.

Working on something special for Bernie Goldberg... That dude, IMHO, is the absolute truth -- exactly what we need!

Keep the faith More soon.

Oh Textron, talked with more dealers this weekend! I will go to my grave telling everyone the facts and wrong doings about Textron. I will cost you money! I think we should start a new thread to warn Cub, Montana and other dealers.

Case-man -- since they are active companies, there are active listings of dealers in each of the states they operate. Translated: they are stationary targets for us to "hit" -- a whole lot easier than the FNA dealer network that is seemingly vacuous due to it ripping its dealer locator server. Your suggestion is part of a plan I'm working on. Keep everyone posted.

The Evil Empire *better not* underestimate the ability of its comparatively undersize -- and slingshot toting -- adversary. One flaw by EE Finance Corp with a well-timed and accurately placed rock...

Buffing up your slingshots, boys and girls?
Recalibrating mine right now.

Ole Blue,
Pass the word we don't have to worry about Montana and McCormick. CMG partners sent us letters yesterday saying they are committed to providing continued parts, service, warranty and new tractors to those dealer organisations. When they sent us the questionaires about Farmtrac we were afraid they might orphan Montana and McCormick which would have been bad for the Montana and McCormick dealers and even more devastating to the Farmtrac dealers. But according to the CMG Partners letter we have nothing to fear as far as possibly more orphans. We still have no word as to what LS Mtron might due to or for Farmtrac dealers though.
