Farmtrac 300 lift arms

The lift arms on my 3 point hitch are locked in the up position and won't come down. Anyone have any ideas on what might be the problem?

My 360 DTC has a knob that controls the speed of your lift arms it is located between your legs just above the hump on the floorboard of my tractor, had the same problem you are describing, opened the valve problem resolved, maybe yours will be this simple.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, that is the first thing I tried. The knob seems to be locked up and I can't turn it at all.

Since your knob isn't functioning properly I'd bet all your problems are right there. Try turning it CCW (while looking at the knob}, sometimes they are a bit stiff.

Thanks for the replys guys. It turns out I over extended the lift piston and messed up the o rings. After O rings changed, works fine.
