Does anyone have any info on the fast hitch hydraulic check valve that is just in front of the seat?
The problem i have is the check valve will allow me to raise the draw bar but it will not allow me to
lower the draw bar.
What purpose does this check valve have?
Does it need to be on the tractor without hurting the hydraulic touch control reservoir?
Also when i try to lower the draw bar i can hear the hydraulic pump working very hard to lower it.

I took mine off 20 years ago, and have had no problems. Takes a bit to learn to feather the control when letting something heavy down though. It will let it drop pretty quick, but so much better to use.
