New to the tractor market but I live on 20 wooded acres, and need to clear 2-3 acres for a new construction and put in a 400' drive. Also will be using the tractor for hauling wood to burn. Plus random trenching and anything else fun I can do with a BH.

I have found a used JD4410HST with turf tires, a 420 loader, a 48BH, 72" MMM unknown hours for $19,900. Is this a fair price considering i will be switching to R4s and have been told $1k for them and wheels.

I say unknown hours because I haven't received a call back from the owner. And with the digital meter I can't read it by looking at it. Its on a road side in a vacant lot.

I had a 4410 and now own a 3720 cab, I much prefer the the new 3300 series over the old 400 series. Look around for a used 3320, you will be much more happy.
