Price Check fair price for BX2200?

I guess maybe I should take a trip over the border also. No sales tax to MI resident if picked up in Indiana? I already have a dual axle trailer. Maybe I should pick up 2?

Get a price from Industrial Equipment...they have been pretty competitive in this area, and not far from the MI border, in Ohio. their number is 419-836-2561. These guys have always treated me very well, and actually give a darn about the customer, and his service has been right on the money. Their only "salesman" is the owner and he tells it like it is, no slick talker in him. The only "bad" thing I could say about him is that he tries to sell you one size bigger than you really need, but then again, maybe that's a good thing....
I now have the BX instead of the 3640 Cub I went in to buy...and am MUCH happier for it, if a little less jingle in my pocket.../w3tcompact/icons/crazy.gif

Yes, the price included delivery, but not tax I believe. I have been told however, that depending on state laws, it can be very easy to say something is for "farm use" and avoid paying the taxes at all.

Thanks for the phone number for that Ohio dealer, I have talked to both my local Kubota dealers and they are pushy, and their prices are higher that others a little further drive away. I will let the local boys service my tractor, if they ask why I didn't purchase theirs I just tell them I moved here recently and thats why another dealers sticker is on the tractor. I figure if they are not willing to come down in price why should I pay an extra 800 in Tax plus another 1000-1500 just for tractor/implements.

Thats not a bad idea Jeepguy, by the way how much is a fair price for a trailer that can carry a bx2200, with fel, mmm and backblade?

Dealer in Waleska, Georgia has quoted the BX2200 at $8,500 (plus tax). I think the 60" mower was about $1300 extra. They do a lot of prep work to get it ready for use.

Does anybody know what the dealer cost for a BX2200 is? What kind of markup does the dealer have on the tractor? implements?
