F725 Hydro issue?

I bought a F725 with 800 hrs on it at a public school auction Friday. It had a dead battery. Got it home, new battery and runs fine. Took it for a spin every day since. This morning I go to move it and all I get is a whine when I try to go forward. No noise in reverse but it won't move. Can't push it either, even when the tow lever is depressed. This did work to move it when I loaded it up to bring home. Seems to be locked in gear. Power steering works fine. This machine appears to have been well maintained. All the fluid levels are fine and look new. It was sold due to the cost of a new deck for it. I'm looking for a complete deck by the way. Sorta bummed. This was going to be my new yard machine. Any help would be really appreciated. Searching didn't turn up anything.

Park brakes on hard? Axles and diff should release when you push in the freewheel button(s).

Brake was on!!!!! Grandkids were in the shop yesterday? Now I know how the parking brake works. THANKS A BUNCH.

Now how about my other problem, finding a good used deck.
