F250 4x4 6.2 vs 7.3?

He said early '99 so obviously a diesel. I have a '01 7.3 and get about the same mileage.

About the same with an '02 F350 7.3 diesel dually.

We have a couple of new F250s, 7.3L gas, CC, 4x4 with the 10speed auto at work. Two supervisors have them. Loaded with tools and equipment, I would guess about 10-11k pounds. Driven like rented mules. And according to them, about 13-14mpgs.
