Backhoe Extending the top link on backhoe

I just recieved my "Pat's easy change system". My question is if I'm extending the length on my two bottom arms by using this system then do I need to extend the top link also?
If so is it ok to unbolt and extend the top arm on my backhoe?
Will this cause any balance or safety problems?

If you are using a <font color="orange"> Kubota </font> 3PH BH.
I would be concerned about making the top link longer.
That would put a lot of extra load on the Top Link Bracket. /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
