try something like this builder. It is on my fab list for this winter, although it is a ways down the list.... You get everything a thumb gives you, with a couple nice extra's. I was going to put the teeth in the middle though, as I so rarely use a tooth bucket.

If you are interested, look at item #220457113781 on Ebay. The price seems right. As far as strong, mine can take all I give it. They are made for skid loaders so you would have to get really mean with it to hurt it. They also have 44" model on Ebay for a couple hundred more.
