The way I read that is a Hydraulic box blade. It has a hyd. cylinder for rasing and lowering the scarifies, a cylinder where the top link is, a cylinder on both three point arms. This will allow a operator to from the seat adjust the tilt angle foward and back to set the aggressiveness of the blade on the box. He can also adjust the scarfies up or down engaged in the ground. And finally he can adjust the height of each side of the box blade thru the cylinders on each of the 3 point arms. Example: Cutting a ditch you would want one side lower than the other.
