Euro/global quick connects tend to be on larger equipment, I doubt the extra weight is a meaningful percentage of the loader capacity.
Likely as not "John Deere" is just stuck into the name as a keyword to show up in searches.

It weighs 140lbs. My loader will lift about 5000 so not much worry.

How much farther out will the attachment be with this kind of adapter? I worried about a blade,with the added 'arm' could be more prone to bending stuff if you hit something with it.

Legit concern that I have, too.
Looks to be about 10” deep.
For me it’s more of a temporary measure while I switch from skid steer to global.
I hope to have 2 Euro/global loader tractors and all E/G attachments soon.
