JimR, I'd be interested in a thread relating to warranty issues like this. I fear it would become something of an unruly thread, but it would be interesting to see if this was a common place struggle. The title of this thread is more troubleshoot related than warranty stuff, perhaps those folks are out there and would chime in if a thread title caught their eye.

Very unfortunate how this all unfolded. Hope the tractor is fine now. My experience has been pretty good with dealer and Kioti so far. Main seal leaked in first 20 hours, and was picked up, repaired and delivered for no cost. ($5000 in labour costs alone to Kioti) That is how warranty should work? Maybe I got a great dealer. The mechanic did say dealer could lose money on warranty work if they exceed allotted hours for repair. Jim, I hope you get a 'chq in the mail' and tractor continues to run fine.

Thanks, I sure hope so because I don't want to have to go down that other road against Kioti and hopefully I'll get my money back. That was just not right.

My apologies. Coobie finds it necessary to antagonize me at EVERY possible opportunity. Thus the discussion moved from a discussion about customer service to his attacks against my person. As for myself, I believe that kind of action is the result of missing a chromosome.

My NX4510 HST has been in out in out for Warranty repair issues now for 6 months. There have been some payments made for a Fluid change with the Hydro system that is questionable as to if I should have paid for but the bottom line is it's still not performing like a $30,000 machine should and starting to get Angry with Kioti. I feel that my Dealer is doing the best he can do with the Issue but at the same time its about to hit the fan

Care to push any details about what's going on with your machine? Another thread, maybe?

Today was the first time since buying my tractor, 3 years ago, that the machine had the normal solid one line regeneration light come on and run thru a complete regeneration cycle while I used my tractor. Hopefully the regeneration problem is solved for good.
