My thoughts also. After yesterday's wind storm and the damage to my pickup I'm not betting on anything anymore. The right side of the pickup bed destroyed, hood destroyed, right fender bulging outward near the hood and the top of the left fender dented in.

My thoughts exactly. I'm going to buy a lottery ticket and hope to win a few million. That would ease my pain. I'd buy another new tractor and another new truck and say ,f,it all. I'm heading out to get my tractor now. They just texted me.

Thanks for all the updates. We are all hoping this is the end of your troubles. We don't realize how much we use something until its not there anymore.

I lost on the lottery ticket. I did get my tractor back and a Kioti repair manual. Total out of pocket expenses for this tractor for the 3 times on failed regeneration process/bad injector/ plugged up DPF was $2150.00 in labor charges. The three bills will be submitted to Kioti for reimbursement by the dealer. I cannot submit them. The really sad part is that it is up to Kioti to decide if they want to pay them of not, even though their warranty says that all parts, labor and diagnostics on the emissions system are covered for 5 years. That includes bad injectors, injections pump, ECU and anything else related to it. Just an FYI, Kioti is closed until Dec. 5th or 6th for inventory. I won't get into details about what I said to Kioti NA last week. You could say they are a bit pissed off at me from what I heard. The tractor is running fine so far. I put an hour on it today. I moved three 330 gallon totes of wood over to my house and did a few other things with it just playing around. Tomorrow I will do some other things with it. I won't be trying out my mower because that is what was sending it into a failed regen mode. We are expecting a big snow storm Sun/Mon. and I need the tractor for that. One thing I want to mention and hopefully Michigan Iron will see this. I was told that the Shut Off test is working fine but that the Run Up test does not work properly on my tractor. Kioti told the dealer that just because the Run Up test is not working properly doesn't mean that there is a problem with my tractor. Uhm, Ah, OKAY, if you say so. I have this in writing. I'll check the service manual to see what that says. I told the dealer that is just not right and if it fails again I will be back one more time.

Jim, when you say it's up to Kioti whether they want to pay the labor, do you mean only whether they will reimburse the dealer? Has anyone suggested that you might have to bear that cost?

Glad you’ve at least got your machine back. We are all holding our breath and hope no problems. You’ll get some good hours on it in the storm.

My dealer told me that I may get stuck with the labor costs if Kioti decides not to pay for it. That's okay because I will just go to my local Court House and file a lawsuit against them for failure to abide by their own emissions warranty. I have read the warranty and it says that all parts, labor and diagnostics are covered.

Yes, Kioti reimburses the dealer and he pays me back. It says this right on the Bill's. I wonder just how many people have been taken over the coals with this process that I consider to be illegal.
