Engine won't hold rpms

Interesting and annoying little problem here. I didnt use my tractor (4310) much over the winter. I've been using it a lot in the past few months, and I've noticed that as I'm using it, the rpms slowly creep lower, requiring me to constantly throttle up. It seems to occur faster if I'm doing "heavier" work.

Any ideas?

Just need to tighten the friction disc. There are threads here that will give you more info.

Doesn't take much, and I only had to do it once.

My 2210 did the same thing, had to 'tighten' the throttle a bit and it's been fine ever since.
