Did this start all at once or come about gradually? Tractor model ,size engine,does it turn over rapidly, Number of hours on machine?You will find alot of knowledge on this site, but more clues are needed.

You want to check for power to the shut down solenoid, If you are not getting smoke you are not getting fuel. I am not a Kubota expert, but you need fuel flow in the pump. As stated if it has Glow plugs check them also.
An engine has to have good air flow,an appropriate cranking speed, and fuel, at an appropriate time and flow.
