Ok guys, I have changed out the fuel line installed new fuel filters, bleed the fuel system twice to get it to start after it died, but still after working 10 - 15 minutes it'll start puffing smoke and cutting out and not talking throttle, I'm about at a loss and really don't want to take it to the dealership

You didn’t mention getting/using fresh fuel.....just another easy SWAG to try.
