I may be wrong but I think that the 6.7 liter engine in your New Holland tractor was the result of a joint venture between Cummins and Iveco. I have heard that the Cummins 6.7 engine and the 6.7 engines in New Holland & CaseIH tractors share similar architecture but are not completely the same engine.
Yes, I was correct. (I decided to look it up.) The European Engine Alliance was started by Iveco, Cummins, and New Holland in 1996. It was disbanded in July, 2008 when Fiat purchased Cummins' 1/3 share in the joint venture and Cummins agreed to buy Fiat's 50% share in the North Carolina CDC plant (originally formed by Case Corp. and Cummins in 1980).
I guess since your engine was built in 2007, you can call it whatever suits you best.
