Does anyone else have a new Enduro with the triple bagger? I bought a 2015 Enduro XT3 GSX with the 19A40004100 Triple Bagger. I had the dealer install it because it has a thousand parts. It took me 20 minutes to get the chute attached to the deck. I wasn't sure if it went above the toe guard or below it (apparently below). The first time I opened the top cover it slipped off the hinge pin on the right side. The hinge pin is pointed on the right end and runs the entire length of the cover and goes through 2 metal brackets on the bagger frame. I sent pictures to the service department at the dealer, hoping I didn't have to remove and drag the entire bagger back to them. He replied that the cover looked like it was mounted wrong and needed to be shifted to the left. I removed the hinge pin, shifted the cover left and reinstalled the pin. This looked good but when I actually used the bagger the cover slipped off the left end of the hinge pin. It seems like a design problem to me. I'm thinking about just drilling a small hole through the pin and putting in a cotter pin to prevent it from moving enough to slip off. The triple bagger on my 2004 3235 was SO much easier.

I solved the hinge problem myself. When you reach my age simple things seem to get more complex. The dealer installed the cover too far to the right and I moved it too far to the left. When it's in the correct position it can't move either way.
