No it's approximately 3 in in front of the fuel cap. Nuts were encased in the injection plastic but very shallow 1/8 to 3/16 of an inch deep lots of voids in the break area. I'm going to try to heat the nuts up and sink them deeper into the plastic and then plastic weld back up again here's a picture. The tank is now been pressure washed and cleaned needless to say it was really dirty.

I think my replies got out of sequence:cool:. If you have glow plugs and other stuff lighting up, I don't suspect the ECM. Hopefully it is your tank/gage situation. Keep us posted!
