Why an I receiving an email from this forum every hour on the hour since signing up??? Annoying how can I stop this?? Thank you

what sort of emails are you getting? notice that someone replied to a post or something else..

At the top of the page click on 'my home' - then go to 'settings/options' in left column - then go to 'edit options' there you can control which types of you want to receive
