Rick has the answer to the missing engine stop.
HST has it and gears don't. I guess Kioti believes that you can always stall the engine with the clutch. For the few dollars more, Kioti should put the engine stop on all of them and instead of pulling the knob, pushing it in would be faster in an emergency.

Well mine is an HST without the shutoff. My old dozer was shutoff that way every time since key pretty much only ran the starter and the gauges.

Rick, don't all the LB1914s turn off with the fuel stop? That's a gear model. I'm surprised they don't all have them.

I think it is a running change alot of times. When we first started all of the LK's had compression release knobs on the dash. Now they don't...or maybe they do. You never know. Same with seats, Roll bars, remotes, mid PTO's, tire brands and I'm sure other things I've missed. Oh yeah electronic front wheel engagement.

You would think that Kioti would keep some things standard. A fuel shut off should be standard equipment in my opinion.

I was hoping that Rick had the answer. It would make better sense than just not installing them for a while. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
