I have the Robomow RS612 which is the 1/4 acre max model. (the RS 630 is the 1/2 acre model I think) I use it exclusively for the pool area which is less than a 1/4 of an acre and I can tell you it is an impressive unit. It is very well-built and if you pay attention to the installation instructions and watch some videos it is up and running within a day or 2. Staking the guide wire is the hardest part. If you have a dog fence dealer around and you give them the instructions they should be able to do the job of staking the perimeter wire.

I mentioned last month, in this thread, that EGO finally had a high lift blade and I ordered one. So I can now tell you it's great.:thumbsup: Day before yesterday, in spite of the heavy dew, I went ahead mowing and bagged the clippings on all of my lawn. then I took the bagger off and mowed the front yard next door before the battery ran down enough to change. So I used both of the small batteries before I got all of the yard next door mowed. But at least it's relatively fast, very quiet, and will now blow the clippings into the bag OR our the side discharge.
