Thanks 600mxz.

It seems there is always something not communicating, be it ecm with sensors or dealers with higher up techs for deeper knowledge... The more involved the problem, the longer and more money for resolve.

All out of warranty, I did all my own work on the LS, shy of the ecm computer mystical stuff. Weary I was about it starting and stay running when the time came. Makes me wonder why a 'dealer' out of all places cannot get your tractor running with all the supposedly knowledge possible on the very tractors they sell at there finger tips... frustrating at minimum.

Hope they get your tractor going soon. I know the feeling of 'down a tractor', dont like it myself....

Nice to hear that you have your tractor going hopefully that is the end of your issues.
I stopped in at the dealer this week and once again they have not figured out why my 17 Boomer 45 with 500 hrs will not run it is throwing the s27 f08 code. The original egr valve setup has been replaced with the newer version and ECU programming as well.
I'm going to be questioning them this week on how much time they spent checking out the wiring.
After they do the egr update and reprogram the ECU, they need to do the egr reset procedure not once, but 4 times and then key off and wait a minute between each reset. The reset tells the ECU that the egr valve has been replaced, and doing it 4 times allows the ECU to learn the new values for open and closed for the new style valve. The new Kamtech valve is totally different than the Erae valve that was discontinued by the manufacturer, so the ECU not only needs new software, it needs to learn the new values or the engine will not run.

Ty GS650GL for that procedure again, I did print that out for them and they did perform it with out success. I'm thinking a faulty new valve which is possible these days or bad wiring. I'm going to question what they have done to rule out the wiring I know that the tractor has seen some salty roads.
Oh by the way they did get it to start it is throwing the S27 F08 code.
I would also like to point out I was able to do snow removal for two months as long as I didn't shut it down once it warmed up it would error out on restart.
