Earliest memories

For me 2-3 yrs. We moved into our new house when i was 3, i remember the layout of our old house, and of all the old pics we have, have not seen one of the inside. Also remember crawling out of my crib, so maybe i remember further back, don't think i was in a crib at 3.

My first memory began well at 4 years old. Climbed atop the kitchen countertop to get a cookie out of the cabinet, slipped and fell. My front teeth caught the edge of the counter on the way down leaving a small chunk missing from the countertop. Needless to say, I didn't want any cookies for a while. Actually left a tooth up in my gum for a couple years. "We don't need to take him to the doctor/dentist - he'll be alright." Does that qualify for "tough love". Not a knock against my parents as I had good ones. That was probably an average response years ago. I even remember that I had on a yellow "football" jersey with blue numbers "43" on it. When all was over, it was more red than yellow.

My first playpen was a converted turkey coop... yes still have it hanging in the overhead in the garage.
