How do I trouble-shoot my non-engaging starter on my Troy Bilt Horse? And...how do I find the age of my machine? I picked it up for $50 at a sale last year and the paint, tires etc. look new. I only added a new battery and it runs, tills, etc. like new....but the starter turns and won't engage the flywheel for some reason this spring...so I pull start it. Help please
