I have a few more plasma sessions I'm thinking about, before I clean that one up.. the deck is starting to perforate around the edges and up the sides looks like it's next. May torch around the body up a few inches, shorten it, and get a new floor to weld on. It'll be a 'chopper'.

I don't know if I'd shorten it, maybe just sheet over it???

If you don't care about the looks, sheet metal part way up the inside sides and bent over part of the floor, that would really stiffen up the box.

Otherwise sheet over the outside and work on floor separately.
